Since Summer and damn hot weather is here and seems don't want to go away, I've being loving my fresh snacks every now and then. Let's face reality.. I live in Italy, but seriously: I can't eat one ice cream a day! So in alternative, I'm really into yogurt at the moment. Fresh, healthy and you can customize it with everything you like.
I started placing half of a hazelnuts yogurt in my mason jar. I like to add any sort of cereals in the middle: oats, honey rings, kellogg's, puffed rice. I generally see what my breakfast shelf has to offer! Then I go again with the remaining yogurt an finally my favourite step, topping everything up to add flavor. In this case I've used puffed chocolate rice, hazelnuts and almonds granola and a sprinkle of coconut flakes. SO yummy!
Next, if I like what I end up with, it is time to take some Instagram pics! I love how creative you can be with just a plane yogurt. I also love coconut, banana or coffee flavored yogurt. You can add whatever you like that day, I use chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and so many more. The more imagination you have, the more pretty and tasty your yogurt will be!
